Refunds

We do not offer refunds for orders once they have been placed, except in the following circumstance:

  • Your order was not delivered within the promised delivery timeframe, and the delay was caused by Arrows Activewear or our shipping partner.

If your order qualifies for a refund due to a delivery delay, please contact our customer support team with your order number. Once verified, the refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange.

Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
